  • “Products”: Includes all digital sewing patterns (e.g., PDFs for tops, dresses, outerwear) and related content available for download on PatternCloset.com.
  • “Content”: Includes all text, graphics, images, and materials on the Site.
  • “Services”: Refers to custom pattern development and sample making offered by Avichi Clothing Private Limited.
 

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, purchasing Products, or requesting Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms, posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

6. Payment, Downloads, and Services

  • Payment: Payments for digital Products are processed securely via WooCommerce using credit cards, PayPal, or Stripe. Prices are in INR (or converted at prevailing rates for international users) plus applicable taxes. International users are responsible for local law compliance.
  • Digital Delivery: Patterns are delivered as PDF downloads instantly after payment. Ensure your email (e.g., hello@patterncloset.com for support) is correct.
  • Services: Custom pattern development and sample making require a deposit and project-specific terms, agreed upon separately.
 

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (e.g., WooCommerce for e-commerce, PayPal and Stripe for payments, email providers for download links) to operate PatternCloset.com. Avichi Clothing Private Limited is not responsible for delays, errors, or interruptions caused by these third parties. If issues arise, contact us at support@patterncloset.com, and we’ll assist as best we can.
 

8. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Digital Products are non-refundable due to their nature. If a download fails or the file is corrupted, contact support@patterncloset.com within 7 days for a replacement.
  • Services: Studio Services are non-refundable once work begins, with revisions per agreed terms.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before download dispatch. Contact us promptly at support@patterncloset.com.

All Content and intellectual property rights in Products and Services are owned by Avichi Clothing Private Limited or its licensors. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use digital patterns for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may print the pattern multiple times for your personal use but may not share, sell, or distribute the digital file or printed copies. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without express written consent is prohibited.
 

10. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our Inspiration Gallery (e.g., photos of your makes), you grant Avichi Clothing Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on PatternCloset.com and related platforms for promotional purposes. You confirm you own the rights to your submissions and that they do not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion. Avichi is not liable for user-generated content.
 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, Products, and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site access or that Products/Services will meet all expectations. We are not responsible for typographical errors, including incorrect pricing. If an error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify you. Use is at your own risk.
 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avichi Clothing Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Site use or Product/Service purchase. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid.
