At PatternCloset.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return Products and request a refund. Our Products include both digital (printable patterns) and physical items (hard copy patterns, sewing accessories, prototypes/samples, and craft materials).

  1. Digital Products
  • Digital Sales Are Final: All digital products are delivered via instant download and are non-returnable. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us at support@patterncloset.com.
  1. Physical Products
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us at support@patterncloset.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • We will require photos or a description of the issue to process a replacement or refund.
  • Returns for Non-Defective Items:
    • Returns for non-defective items are accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Cancellation of Orders:
    • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
    • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@patterncloset.com.
  1. Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exclusions: Customized or specially printed Products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
